Starting from reservations through billing. As you will note bellow, the client was very happy with the service and chauffeur. Just a note to advise you that your chauffeur, WIllie Drayton, was a credit to your company. He was very articulate, helpful, and was willing to go above and beyond the job requirements. He helped load and unload the luggage and made our inability to do the same very tolerable. Ro and I have had recent surgeries and required wheel chairs as well as someone to handle the luggage, which he did willingly. So please give him a "job well done" from us as well as our sincere Thanks. Also, can you tell him that we have made a contribution to the DePaul Clinic per the information he described?

Our family of 24 (all wearing matching safety green t-shirts) enjoyed an awesome day riding in historical Molly the Trolley. Our friendly and very capable chauffeur Blanche took us to memorable spots between Pittsford and Charlotte pertinent to our 70 year friendship. We were thrilled to renew our vows at St. Michael's Church (corner of Clinton and Clifford) where we were married exactly 50 years ago that weekend. Passing cars blew their horns and pedestrians waved. Our grandchildren ages 4-20 said it was as much fun as our family trips have been to Sea Breeze Amusement Park. Thank you for offering such a unique event enhancing and memorable service.

I was part of the group on Dolly the Trolley with Michael this past weekend, and I just wanted to say that he was amazing. He is clearly great at his job, but he truly went above and beyond to make sure our group was happy and safe, especially my boyfriend who forgot his meds at the hotel. I can't say enough about our chauffeur Nathan "Nate Dog". The chauffeur is not normally something I think about when selecting my limo service but have to admit that Nate was by far very knowledgable and a perfect fit for our group. He managed our wineries by contacting them to adjust for time constraints, worked with them to organize our group and fit us in. It's hard enough to fit in 7 wineries but he was there to take the load off of me and help me organize better. A great person to talk to and a pleasure to have enjoyed in our incredible time on Seneca Lake. He was just was an ideal fit for the occasion.

I have used Diamonds Limousine on many occasions. They just did my birthday last week. I am beyond impressed how they are always on time or early. They cars are always clean. The drivers are always nicely dressed. I love Diamonds Limousine so much that we are booking our Jack n Jill limo bus with them, our wedding limo with them and using their wedding barn for our venue. Debbie & Duane always go above and beyond for their customers. I cant thank them enough for what a wonderful service they give us. We are always going to use diamonds......HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE. Better yet they have the best prices in town.

I am writing in response to a very positive experience our school district had with your firm.

On two separate occasions, we contracted with Diamonds Limousine Service to transport a group of teachers, parents and school administrators to the Williston School District located near Burlington, Vermont.
Our driver D.J., provided us with a high level of service. This included attending to the safety and comfort of all passengers. He was responsive to the needs of each traveler and worked diligently to accommodate us.
We arrived at our destination on time and were able to spend quality time to and from Vermont preparing our school visit and reflecting on our experience.
